Free Local Pick Up
Thistle & Roo allows customers the convenience to pick up their order directly from us in Baldivis, Rockingham, Western Australia saving our local customers time (no more waiting on deliveries) and saving the customer money by cutting out the shipping, handling & packaging costs.
All you have to do is...
- Place and pay for your order online like normal.
- Once you are in the checkout page simply select FREE LOCAL PICK UP to ensure you are not charged for any shipping, handling or packaging costs.
- We receive and process your customer order, we will email you our business address for pick up location.
- We both agree on a mutually suitable time for your local pick up via email.
- We will pass over your goods and invoice for your records.
Customers must select FREE LOCAL PICK UP at checkout to receive this service.
No shipping discounts are given to customers who do not select this option.
You must pick up your order on the mutually agreed date and time. If for any reason you can't pick up, the customer must contact us to reschedule a pickup.
No orders will be handed over to customers until orders are processed and we have received your funds in our bank account.
All orders must be placed online via our website. No cash in person is accepted.
Customers are not welcome to come to our business address unannounced. All customers must schedule a pickup time with Thistle & Roo.
You can still select our gift wrapping service with this free local pick up. Simply add it to your order.
If customers do not pick up their order within 10 working days of placing their order we may refund the customer and resell the products. We will contact the customer in this event. If we receive no response, we will refund your cost and resell.
Thistle & Roo will not under any circumstances 'drop off', 'deliver' or 'meet half way' with your order. Customers must pick up to receive the free shipment discount.
It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure they can pick up if they choose to use the FREE LOCAL PICK UP option.
If a customer can no longer pick up and requires shipment, we can send you a competitive invoice for postage. Once you have paid the postage fee, we will post to your address.
